  1. Haven't seen this, and I have no interest in seeing it, even though Eric Brown has a role in it. But hey, I saw Video Murders was on your list of movies from 1988. Have you seen that before? I really do want to see it just because I like Eric, but it seems impossible to find a place to watch it.

  2. I haven't seen Video Murders yet and thanks for reminding me that I need to review this one sometime. It's up on Tubi but it's full screen and not the best quality so I'm waiting for a better print to surface.

  3. Hey, so sorry for not replying to your response here for a week now, but I left a bunch of comments on other pages that I didn't see you answer, so I missed this one. I miss talking to you, and I know I still have one or two more comments on They're Playing with Fire that you didn't publish yet. It's been more than a year since we talked about that or anything else, and I never saw them submitted, so I wanted to remind you.

  4. Video Murders is on Tubi? I didn't see it there.

And hey, I don't remember now if the reply I was typing went through, but I want to apologize for not answering sooner. I commented on several of your movie reviews last week and most of them weren't answered, yet I did overlook a couple, like here, because I forgot which ones I did. I miss talking to you since it's been over a year since we talked, and I know I still have one or two reviews that you still didn't publish on They're Playing with Fire. I just wanted to remind you of that, and I was also wondering if there is another way we could chat so I don't have to leave unnecessary comments on your reviews and check periodically to see if any of them will be answered.

  5. Oh wait, my mistake! You were saying that Waxwork, not Video Murders, is on Tubi, right? I cannot, for the life of me, find Video Murders to watch anywhere, and I'm just even more curious to see Eric Brown since it was his first starring role as an adult and it's far different than his other two best-known films, demonstrating his talents as an actor.

Anyway, since this is another horror film that features Eric Brown, I thought this would be a good place to share with you this YouTube video from almost two years ago that features the audio of the user having a podcast interview with Eric: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adNyy4thxDw. I also found a blog he and his wife Janine made nearly ten years ago, in which they embarked on a worldwide travel for nine months after seeing their daughter off at college: https://eatbicker.love/. Eric has his own YouTube channel (though he doesn't have many videos posted), and during his travels in Hungary, he posted a video of him trying rooster testicle stew: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWiHRgLDx4E

  6. No need to apologize. It often takes me some time to weed through my comments and respond myself, especially with the work schedule I've had recently. Sometimes I just have enough time to put reviews up but I'll try to get around to comments when I have a free minute! Will have to go find the Fire comments. Some of them unfortunately end up in the spam folder which annoys the ever living hell out of me!

I'd forgotten all about Video Murders.

Here it is on Youtube in 9 parts.

Not the best quality but it looks watchable. I also wasn't aware this film received a Blu-ray release a few years ago!

Was holding off on Waxwork since the Tubi version is full screen and I want to watch the widescreen version.

    LMAO @ rooster testicle stew!

  7. Yay, a chance to watch Video Murders at last! Thank you SO much for sending that link to the first part here. Yes, I took a glimpse at it and noticed it's not in good quality, but I don't care, just as long as I can finally watch another Eric Brown movie!

I was actually aware it came out on Blu-ray two years ago, but I don't have a Blu-ray player, so I wasn't able to watch it then. Now I can! Thanks again!

I sent another comment on both NOES and two new ones (which make up one big comment that I had to split because it was over the character limit) on TPWF. I REALLY want to know what you think of my thoughts on the latter two comments. But I also wondered if we could chat by email, Twitter, or some other way so we don't have to do it on just your reviews, which gives them more comments than they really need.

  8. If you don't mind, let me know what this is like after you watch it! I remember seeing the VHS box in stores when I was a kid but it's one of those titles I never got around to renting.

  9. Are you asking me about watching Video Murders or Waxwork? I have no interest in watching the latter, but I do want to watch the former since Eric Brown is the star of it. If it's the former, of course I'll tell you what it's like! 😁 But is there another way we can communicate so I don't keep leaving so many unrelated comments on your reviews like I have here?

If you haven't seen my latest comments for your Nightmare and Fire reviews since I submitted them around three weeks ago, too, I guess they went to your spam folder. Just don't forget to look there if that may be the case, which is probably my previous one or two comments for Fire last year also went.
